How to request deletion of your Gapex data.

If you would like to request deletion of your data from Gapex, you can do so by contacting our support team.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, please send an email to: sokhib@jett.uz

Please include:

  • The email address associated with your Gapex account
  • Your social media username connected to Gapex (if applicable)
  • A short statement requesting account deletion

What Happens After Your Request

  1. We will verify your identity.
  2. Your Gapex account will be deleted.
  3. Associated stored data such as messages, comments, and connected account information will be removed from our systems.

Data deletion requests are typically reviewed within 7–14 business days, and your data is fully removed from our systems within 30 days.

Third-Party Platforms

If you connected your social media accounts through third-party platforms such as Instagram or Facebook, you may also remove Gapex’s access directly from your social media account settings. Once access is removed, Gapex will no longer receive new data from those platforms.
