Quick Start

Get your first AI-powered reply in 5 minutes.

Overview

This guide walks you through the steps to get your first AI response in Gapex. The process takes less than 5 minutes.

1. Create an account

  1. Go to gapex.ai
  2. Click the Sign Up button
  3. Enter your name, email and password (confirm password twice) or sign up quickly via Google/Facebook
  4. Enter the verification code sent to your email on the platform
  5. Sign in with your email and password

If you already have an account, simply sign in.

2. Connect a platform

After signing in, connect your first social media account:

  1. Go to the Accounts section in the left panel
  2. Click the + Add account button
  3. Select a platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  4. Follow the instructions to authorize access

3. Explore the dashboard

After connecting a platform, the Gapex dashboard consists of the following sections:

Main panel

  • Comments/Reviews — comments from all platforms in one place
  • AI suggestions — AI-generated response suggestions for each comment
  • Statistics — count of responded, pending, and skipped comments

Left panel

  • Dashboard — overview
  • Accounts — connected accounts
  • Settings — platform settings

4. Get your first AI response

  1. View new comments on the Dashboard
  2. Click on a comment
  3. Gapex automatically shows an AI response suggestion
  4. Review the response:
    • Post — post the response directly
    • Edit — modify the response before posting
    • Reject — request a different suggestion
  5. Once posted, the response automatically appears on the respective platform

5. Configure response rules (optional)

You can customize Gapex to fit your needs:

AI tone settings

In Settings → AI → Tone, select a response style:

  • Formal — for business and corporate accounts
  • Friendly — for brands and personal accounts
  • Neutral — universal style

Auto-response

In Settings → AI → Auto-response:

  • Automatically post AI responses or work in review mode
  • Set a confidence threshold (e.g., auto-post when above 85%)

Comment filters

In Settings → Filters:

  • Sync all comments or only unanswered ones
  • Filter by specific keywords
